Michael V. Cristalli was born and raised in Utica, New York. Cristalli holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Rochester and received his Juris Doctorate degree from Syracuse University. He is licensed to practice in all federal and state courts in the State of Nevada and specializes in both criminal and civil litigation. He has successfully litigated some of the most high profile cases in the state of Nevada .

     Cristalli has represented clients nationwide and internationally and is regarded as one of the premier trial lawyers in Nevada. He possesses unequaled expertise in the areas of civil and criminal litigation. He has litigated on behalf of plaintiffs who have been harmed by the negligent and intentional acts of others. His experience with criminal cases is unparalleled, including capital murder, and securities fraud cases.      Cristalli is active in both community and professional organizations in Nevada as well as nationally. He is a member of the Nevada Attorneys for Criminal Justice, the Augustus Society, and serves as a Board of Director for La Voce – the Voice of Las Vegas’ Italian-American Community.  He is also a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and is active in the First Amendment Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association.

     Cristalli has made appearances on many national and local television shows. He has been interviewed by Larry King on Larry King Live, Greta Van Sustran, and Good Morning America. There have been programs and movies produced about his cases. Those shows include Dateline NBC, CBS 48 Hours, Lifetime, and Snapped.
