Marc Anthony Saggese was born and raised in Utica, New York. He attended the State University of New York at Cortland and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree (cum laude) in Political Science. Saggese received his Juris Doctorate degree from Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, in Washington, D.C. After obtaining his law degree, Saggese served as a Captain in the United States Army, Judge Advocate General Corps.

     Saggese is also a pro tempore Judge for the Las Vegas Municipal Court System, as well as a Small Claims Court Judge. He is licensed in Nevada, Georgia, the United States Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. Saggese is also a professional boxer and has a record of 3-0 (all first round KO’s).
